Just a quick reminder that in conjunction with Morecambe Rd School, Andrea Bland (teacher) will be travelling to Romania for the Charity Boxes of Hope.
Please help support this charity in any way you can.  An ideal shoe box (together with £2 to cover transport costs to be put in the box) can consist of a selection of toys and games such as a ball, car, doll, skipping rope, yo-yo, dominoes (the toys need to be sturdy please as these children are not used to toys and have little manual dexterity).  Sweets (use by date at least til March 2021) Notebooks, colouring book, pens, crayons, pencils, rubber etc.  Hat, scarf, gloves, or a pair of socks.  Soap and a facecloth, toothbrush, toothpaste, hair brush, comb, hair accessories etc.
Drop off dates will from Monday  12th - Friday 16th October at Cawthorne school and between Saturday 17th October and  Sunday 18th October at 3 Lentworth Hall, Abbeystead or at the vicarage/church.  They will then be taken to Morecambe Road School the following week.
Many thanks in advance for your help and donations.
